This policy governs cancellations and refunds of subscription costs received from users.
If you decide to cancel your subscription and request a refund prior to activation, please contact Signalator customer service. The subscription will be cancelled upon receipt of your request and a full refund will be issued within 7 working days.
Once the subscription is activated, you are entitled to a 50% refund within 7 days from the subscription activation date. The refund will be issued within 7 working days after receipt of your refund request.
